Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 carrots (1/4 or 60mL)
  • 3 inch piece of ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 inch piece of turmeric (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp warm water

Instructions

1. Carefully cut the skins away from the lemon and orange.

2. Chop carrots into large chunks.

3. Chop ginger and turmeric into small pieces.

4. Using a juicer add oranges, lemon, carrots, ginger and turmeric.

5. Mix together honey and warm water, and pour into juice to sweeten. Mix well. Chill juice in the fridge.

When ready to drink, divide juice between small cups (1/2 cup serving). Sip & enjoy!!
