Let’s face it…the last thing you need this busy season is to come down with a cold. Am I right or am I right?

One minute you could be on top of the world and the next minute you are a buried under a pile of tissues as big as Everest.  Who has time for that? Certainty not us…we get it!

So, if you have been rolled over by a cold, why not try these natural tips to boost immunity and help shorten your recovery time.

1. Chew Raw Garlic

Yes, it may not be ideal, however Garlic is a power antibacterial that has been used for centuries to combat colds. In fact, some experts recommended chewing a clove every 4 hours.
